Hr Office Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Updating of employee shift roster when required.
- Adjust daily operational planning schedule as required by the clients.
- Attend daily operational meetings to plan for the following day's productivity.
- Ensure all work meets requirements, including deadlines.
- Maintain the orderly flow of operations on site by communicating with the workshop regarding services, refueling, and breakdowns of onsite machinery.
- Communicate with sub-contractors when needed.
- Attend to all queries from the client and maintain a high level of client service.
Management of Personnel:
- General management of operators and general workers, including applying the disciplinary code of the company.
- Provide work-oriented induction to new operators and general workers.
- Ensure that accurate attendance registers are provided to HR for payroll purposes.
Safety:
- Convening of daily toolbox talks with employees or when required by changes in working conditions.
- Ensuring all operator permits and medicals are valid.
- Ensuring that all employees have completed company inductions.
- Ensuring that all employees receive the necessary PPE for daily tasks.
- Completing incident and accident forms when necessary and handing a copy thereof to the safety department.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Good communication and delegating skills.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Clean criminal record.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years previous experience working as an operations supervisor.
