Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR - Honours / Master's Degree will be advantageous
2. Minimum of 4-5 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of the Fintech Industry or other tech-focused environments
3. Expertise in employment law, HR policies and best practices
4. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced high growth organizations
5. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency with HR software and systems, preferably in tech / fintech focused tools
