HR Manager - Gauteng, Sandton

My client in Sandton is a 51% black-owned company with a level-1 B-BBEE rating.
They are currently looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Sandton. This is a head-office function for a collection of specialist businesses.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting Industrial Relations
2. Implementing HR policies and procedures
3. Managing employee relations
4. Performance management and employee engagement

The purpose of this job is to ensure effective HR operations and to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals by fostering a positive work environment and supporting the needs of employees and business directors.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role of HR and IR management
2. HR related qualifications
3. Able to travel between branches in Johannesburg and Pretoria, so must have own transport
