Rupert and Rothschild Vignerons, an iconic brand in the wine industry situated near Paarl, is looking for a people-oriented leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Key performance areas will include:

1. Human Resource Management
2. Talent Management and Development
3. Personnel Policies and Procedures
4. Employment Relations
5. Performance Management
6. Wages and Payroll input
7. Occupational health and safety oversight and coordination
8. Compliance (including EE, Skills Development, BBBEE)
9. Reporting and Budget Management
10. Employee Administration and Support
11. Personnel Management

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree or relevant HR qualification
2. 5 years’ experience in managing the HR function in a similar or bigger organisation
3. Knowledge of all relevant legislation, including LRA, BCEA, OHSA, and COIDA
4. Language proficiency in Afrikaans and English
