We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Manager to join our Corporate Administration Department for a multi-national company in Johannesburg. This key position will manage a range of HR activities, serve as the vital link between management and employees, and contribute to HR policy development across our MEA operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all HR functions and duties
Manage employee records using HRIS systems
Process personnel documentation and prepare HR reports
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, training programs, and surveys
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and regulations
Manage payroll preparation in coordination with outsourced service providers
Handle employee complaints and grievance procedures professionally
Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
Conduct new employee orientation
Support Corporate Administration functions as needed
Required Qualifications:
Appropriate degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related field
Proven experience in human resources, payroll management, or administrative positions
Proficient in MS Office with fast typing skills
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems
Working knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational and communication skills
