HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy and Organisational Alignment: Assess organisational goals and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop the best talent. Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in SAGE VIP Professional Cloud System for payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and MEIBC regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR management, organisational alignment, and talent development.
• Proficiency in Employment Equity, Skills Development, and B-BBEE compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
