Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Proficiency in SAGE VIP Professional Cloud System for payroll administration.
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and MEIBC regulations.
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR management, organisational alignment, and talent development.
Proficiency in Employment Equity, Skills Development, and B-BBEE compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
