Job description

Well established pharmaceutical business seeking to appoint HR Manager.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant Degree Specializing in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years’ management experience in human resources or related function
  • Experience working in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment with exposure to Industrial Relations
  • Experience in talent management, learning and development, and compensation processes, including payroll

Key Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Must exemplify integrity which builds trust and credibility to build strong professional relationships
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed in projects, tasks, and learning
  • Ability to delegate authority and responsibility
  • Ability to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
  • Research, analyze and evaluate new service delivery methods and techniques
  • Courage to constructively challenge at the highest levels
