Well established pharmaceutical business seeking to appoint HR Manager. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Degree Specializing in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years’ management experience in human resources or related function
Experience working in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment with exposure to Industrial Relations
Experience in talent management, learning and development, and compensation processes, including payroll
Key Knowledge and Skills required:
Must exemplify integrity which builds trust and credibility to build strong professional relationships
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-directed in projects, tasks, and learning
Ability to delegate authority and responsibility
Ability to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
Research, analyze and evaluate new service delivery methods and techniques
