Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of people business partnership across all business areas in retail. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders. The role will lead a team of HR generalists and will focus on building key relationships across all levels of the business to guide and influence better people-focused business decisions in all areas of people management.
You will have experience of working as a successful and results-driven HRBP and will have at least three years of experience in a similar role in HR in a retail or hospitality environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellent stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders.
