Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities
- HR Generalist, IR Specialist
- Oversee both HR and IR
- Assist in planning and managing recruitment and selection of staff
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
- Administer HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
- Assist managers with performance management system
- Handle employee complaints, assist IR officers with grievances and disputes
- Consolidate IR reports promptly and ensure accurate distribution to relevant stakeholders
- Handle IR matters and employee grievances efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain organized documentation of IR-related proceedings and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide general HR assistance as required to support the HR team
- Draft and issue warnings as in line with the disciplinary code
- Set up hearings
- Advise managers and supervisors on discipline
- Act as company representative at CCMA
- Attend Corn - Arb, Conciliation, and Arbitration
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree or diploma in human resources management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
- Generalist human resources experience
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
- Knowledge of business principles
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Knowledge of relevant software
- 3-5 years of experience within FMCG
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
