Job description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma/ Degree in HR
- Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageous
- Previous Agricultural related experience
- At least 5-10 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably agriculture
- Previous packhouse experience essential
- Experience with working with BRC / HACCP advantageous
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Previous HR experience essential
- Strong management skills
- Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development
- Ability to drive improved productivity out of season
- Well-organised with great leadership qualities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
