HR (HUMAN RESOURCES) AGRICULTURAL/ PACKHOUSE MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. National Diploma/ Degree in HR
2. Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageous
3. Previous Agricultural related experience
4. At least 5-10 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably agriculture
5. Previous packhouse experience essential
6. Experience with working with BRC / HACCP advantageous
7. Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
8. Previous HR experience essential
9. Strong management skills
10. Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development
11. Ability to drive improved productivity out of season
12. Well-organised with great leadership qualities
13. Effective verbal and written communication skills
14. Ability to work with and motivate a team
