HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will work under the direction of the Operations Manager, with guidance and oversight from an external Senior HR Consultant. The HR Generalist role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role is well-suited to someone experienced in fast-paced, high-demand environments, maintaining effectiveness under pressure. The position provides comprehensive HR support to the four programmes within Nature Connect - Connect to Nature, Sustainable Schools, Green Skills Development, and the Nature Care Fund, including the Operations department.
