About the Role
We are looking to employ an HR Generalist candidate, reporting directly to the HR Manager. This person must be very efficient in administration, organisation, and scheduling of diaries. You will manage HR administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, processing employee benefits, and maintaining HR records. You will be integral in supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily employee communication.
- Schedule interviews and process new employee documentation.
- Administer medical aid and retirement annuity applications.
- Assist the HR Manager and Specialist with various HR tasks.
- Maintain and update HR records in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School qualification.
- At least 5 years in an HR administrative role.
- Familiarity with SA Labour Law and HR processes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Very strong business writing skills.
