Job description

Our client in the academic industry is seeking a HR Director: Staff Wellbeing and Reward to join their team on a one year contract. The purpose of this position is to lead the conceptualisation and development/review of an Employee Value Proposition.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A relevant Master’s degree (NQF9), preferably in HR or related field.
  2. A minimum of 9 years’ relevant knowledge and experience in Human Resources (Remuneration, Policy Development, Wellness and Benefit Administration), of which a minimum of 5 years should be at a senior management level in a corporate/institution.
  3. Experience in people management, negotiation and consultation skills, analytical, policy and procedure formulation and administrative skills.
