HR Director: Organisational Development & Effectiveness (1 year contract)

Our client in the academic industry is seeking a HR Director: Organisational Development & Effectiveness to join their team on a one year contract. The purpose of this position is to lead and partner with our client's leadership, management, and HR team.

Must have:

1. A Masters Degree (NQF9) in Human Resources or related field
2. At least nine years’ experience in HR with five years’ experience as Senior manager in organisational development/effectiveness
3. Designing, implementing, and reviewing organisational development/effectiveness programmes; project management
4. Relevant legislation and HR best practice
5. Relevant HR related professional body e.g. South African Board of People Practice (SABPP), The Institute of People Management (IPM)
