Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to provide strategic HR support, enhance employee relations, and ensure compliance with South African labour laws. The role involves advising on HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and training while fostering a positive organisational culture.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Must have a valid driver's licence & own reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel.
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English.
