About the Role:
Serve as a strategic subject matter expert working closely with the Legal and HR teams on guiding and directing global HR policy and implementing legal obligations and requirements. Knowledge and hands-on experience with employment laws, workforce data, and employment policies are essential, along with excellent project management and problem-solving skills. What You'll Do:
- Serve as program manager with oversight over all CrowdStrike EMEA (European, Middle East, and Africa) HR Compliance activities.
- Independently lead projects to implement new legal requirements, new country expansion, integration of mergers and acquisitions according to CrowdStrike risk tolerance.
- Operationalize adherence of CrowdStrike’s HR programs and processes to country and local employment-related regulatory requirements as defined by our Legal teams.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Facilities, and local leaders to conduct and coordinate internal audits to identify trends, potential quality gaps, and insights.
- Implement and audit employment policies, procedures, training, guidance documentation, and executive summaries.
- Act as a trusted partner with the HR teams, Legal, and other compliance functions ensuring alignment on our HR policies and programs. Influence support for compliance programs and projects and at all levels of management.
- Be responsible for ensuring company compliance with required HR obligations including workforce/pay gap reporting; pay transparency; working time; privacy; economic, social and environmental reporting; equality plans; disability hiring/representation programs; and employment equity.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant HR laws and best practices and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in worker compliance or employment law.
- Experience independently leading large cross-functional projects.
- Able to work within a largely virtual team across multiple time-zones in non-English speaking countries.
Bonus Points:
- Masters in HR, I/O Psychology, MBA or JD.
- Experience implementing HR Compliance initiatives in multiple countries across EMEA.
- Experience managing HR compliance programs in EMEA including workforce/pay gap reporting, pay transparency, working time/time-tracking, GDPR/privacy, ESG/BDESE reporting, equality plans, disability hiring/representation programs, and employment equity.
- Experience or knowledge of Workday HCM and Tableau.
- Previous employment in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multinational organization.
- Demonstrated self-learning capabilities with strong initiative to problem-solve.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
