Our client based near the Piet Retief area is looking for a Dynamic HR Clerk to join their team!
The Main Purpose of the function is:
To provide human resources administrative services and support.
To ensure that all human resources administrative functions are carried out accurately in line with agreed deadlines.
Compile reports for Labour statistics.
Administration of bargaining unit staff personal information and records.
Assist with documents for engagements and terminations.
Administration of time and attendance.
Comply with the production and safety procedures.
Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
HR Diploma / Degree or reasonable progress toward achievement.
At least 12 months experience in a Human Resources environment.
At least 12 months of experience working on a time and attendance system.
At least 3 years’ experience in using Microsoft 365.
Computer literate in Microsoft 365
Ability to communicate in English and isiZulu
