Job description

Our client based near the Piet Retief area is looking for a Dynamic HR Clerk to join their team!

The Main Purpose of the function is:

  • To provide human resources administrative services and support.
  • To ensure that all human resources administrative functions are carried out accurately in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Compile reports for Labour statistics.
  • Administration of bargaining unit staff personal information and records.
  • Assist with documents for engagements and terminations.
  • Administration of time and attendance.
  • Comply with the production and safety procedures.
  • Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • HR Diploma / Degree or reasonable progress toward achievement.
  • At least 12 months experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • At least 12 months of experience working on a time and attendance system.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in using Microsoft 365.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft 365
  • Ability to communicate in English and isiZulu
