  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and practices.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    Passionate about creating an inclusive workplace and driving positive change.


Diversity and Inclusivity:

  • Lead the implementation of D&I strategy, ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilise D&I insights to address people-related issues and drive cultural change.
  • Develop a communications roadmap to showcase our D&I progress internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development to embed D&I in recruitment and training.
  • Produce regular reports on D&I progress and act as a Subject Matter Expert on D&I matters.
  • Stay abreast of D&I changes and employment law, ensuring policies align with our D&I agenda.
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams and the business to build inclusive practices.
  • Lead D&I research projects, communication plans, and capability training.

Organisational Development:

  • Develop organisational design and development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Implement development tools to meet both short and long-term business goals.
  • Define change management processes to enhance business performance.
  • Evaluate existing business systems and recommend improvements.
  • Anticipate organisational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the upskilling of HR within Organisational Development and change management competencies.
  • Design and develop toolkits on OD and Change management for HR.
