Payroll Processing:
• Assist with processing payroll on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding payroll.
• Process and maintain employee attendance records, including sick days, holidays, and overtime.
HR Support:
• Support the HR team with recruitment activities such as preparing job ads, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new staff.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
• Assist with performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities.
Employee Relations:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries.
• Help ensure a positive work environment by supporting team-building and employee welfare initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and KFC's internal policies.
• Assist in preparing and submitting required HR and payroll reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and payroll best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with payroll software is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
