The Position:
As a member of the Client Services Team serving Regional and Country Offices, you will be working closely with the Sr. HR Business Partner / HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP / HRBP) in the regional office assigned, in the provision of delivering the full range of high-quality HR services and programs to clients in the Regional Office and in Country Offices.
You will report to the Sr. HRBP/HRBP.
Job Purpose:
The HR Analyst, Client Services will work closely with the Sr. HRBP / HRBP at HQ in the delivery and flawless execution of HR services and programmes to field-based managers and staff. The HR Analyst will support managers in staffing matters concerning talent sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and induction, mobility, performance management, workforce planning, HR operations including contract management, contributing to policy development and advice training and career development and data analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
An advanced university Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline is required.
Knowledge and Experience:
Languages:
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other official UN languages (Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese), depending on the duty station of assignment, is desirable.
