Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To assist the HR department with all general HR duties and administration to ensure the HR Strategy is achieved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY
  • Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)

CUSTOMERS:
Customer Relations:
  • Interact with customers and familiarise yourself with operational concerns and any inherent peculiarities. Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Administer Employment Equity and reports

Suppliers Relations:
  • Liaise with all relevant customers regarding HR strategy initiatives and implementation

BUSINESS PROCESSES
Assists with:
  • Contractor Management
  • Employee Benefits
  • Recruitment
  • HR SLP
  • Organizational Development
  • Time and Attendance
  • HR SAP
Key customers:
  • All employees and external stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum qualifications:
  • Grade 12 & HR Diploma/Degree
Additional qualifications:
  • Computer Proficient
Required Experience:
  • ±2 years relevant experience in HR field
