Macmillan Davies have delighted to supporting our client, a specialist in Risk Management, to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join their growing team. This highly successful business operates across the UK & Ireland and continues to grow through acquisitions.
The role sits within the People Team based in Central Manchester although there will be a need for occasional travel, therefore access to your own vehicle is required.
This is an integral role within the People team and is responsible for the administration of the full end-to-end employee life cycle. Working on a hybrid basis, the role requires an individual who is a competent and comfortable working with high levels of autonomy.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate broad HR administration experience including managing a HR inbox, using HR systems, processing starters/leavers, maternity/ paternity leave and supporting on payroll.
