HR Administrator

Macmillan Davies are excited to be exclusively supporting this Manchester based manufacturing business in their search for a bright, enthusiastic HR Assistant to join the small HR team at their flagship site in Trafford, Manchester.

This is the perfect stepping stone for somebody either with proven recruitment experience wanting to embark on a HR career or an already experienced HR Administrator seeking a development opportunity where you will be supported with CIPD and be involved in adding value in areas of HR such as engagement & wellbeing.

About The Role

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Assisting with day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
• Providing first-line HR support to managers and staff
• Learning and implementing HR best practices

• Experience in recruitment or HR administration
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping people
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive approach and eagerness to learn
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
