We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, benefits, and leave requests.
- Process payroll and handle employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
- Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
- Support the performance review process by scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Assist with employee relations issues and aid in the resolution of conflicts.
- Continually seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
