This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience to deliver exceptional service in a premier establishment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement budgets
Ensure correct handling procedures to minimize china and glassware breakage and food waste
Implement and monitor consistency of food and beverage policies and procedures
Manage physical inventory
Assist in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functions
Ensure that all health, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
Maintain appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities
Hire, train, and supervise subordinates within the beverage department
Oversee recruitment of staff in the housekeeping department
Audit monthly payroll for beverage and housekeeping department
Greet guests and oversee actual service on a regular basis to ensure consistency of service
Address member and guest complaints
Develop ongoing professional development and training programs for service and bar production/service personnel
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry - Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager essential
Three-year hospitality or club management qualification beneficial but not essential
