Hospitality Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hospitality Sales Representative to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.

Sales Strategy And Execution

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  4. Room sales.

Client Relationships

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Lead Generation And Follow-Up

  1. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  3. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress in the CRM system.

Negotiation And Closing

  1. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  2. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
  3. Ensure all sales agreements are documented and comply with company policies.

Collaboration And Coordination

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  3. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.

Reporting And Analysis

  1. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.

Education

  1. National Senior Certificate.

Experience

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
