MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To oversee and manage the general operations of the hospital to ensure safe patient care by providing comprehensive, high quality health care services.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Tertiary qualification

DESIRED EDUCATION: Business management with subjects in finance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 3 - 5 years experience in general management

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in a private healthcare environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Drive business growth and development
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
3. Manage and control hospital budgets/finances
4. Manage the patient experience
5. Lead and manage the people in the hospital
6. Manage and mitigate hospital risks
