Job Overview : We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Home Care Sales & Office Coordinator.
This is a remote role focused on handling inbound sales calls, private pay home care inquiries, and day-to-day office coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple communication channels and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from warm, paid leads and convert them into clients.
- Maintain a minimum sales conversion rate of 1 in 10 leads.
- Professionally make and receive calls using our RingCentral system.
- Route caregiver-related calls appropriately and manage a separate client line.
- Perform general office admin tasks including data entry, scheduling, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate internal communications using WhatsApp, keeping the team organized and responsive.
- Oversee and execute the HomeVisit sales process, ensuring a smooth and effective client journey.
- Work closely with a team of two office-based staff to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in home care sales or office coordination is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, especially during after-hours.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, phone routing software (like RingCentral), and WhatsApp.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
