Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Agent, you’ll play a critical role in driving mobile sales, signing up new customers, and delivering high-quality customer service. Here’s a closer look at your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to assist with mobile account setups, answer betting-related queries, and ensure customers have a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales goals, with a focus on expanding Hollywoodbets’ customer base.
  • Mobile Product Promotion: Actively promote Hollywoodbets’ mobile products and services, explaining features and guiding customers through the betting experience.
  • Marketing & Events: Participate in mobile marketing campaigns, events, and store promotions, creating attractive displays to draw in new clients and activate sales.
  • Customer Document Assistance: Help clients with FICA compliance, including ID verification and account setup.
  • Mobile Betting Support: Educate new clients on using the Hollywoodbets mobile app, including the sign-up bonus and betting methods.
  • Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to roam between Hollywoodbets branches and stores, adapting to operational needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and listening abilities, with a talent for connecting with diverse personalities.
  • Sales and Results Orientation: A proven record in sales or promotions, driven by the achievement of targets.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Excellent service skills to ensure a positive customer experience and brand representation.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain records, follow procedures for FICA compliance, and ensure accurate reporting to management.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

  • Educational Background: Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum requirement.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience as a promoter or in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Additional Skills: Customer service expertise, a good understanding of mobile betting, and familiarity with betting processes.
