Experience in healthcare industries, compliance, legal, finance, commercial, or medical affairs, or related functions preferred.

Responsibilities:
Supports the Health Care Compliance program's internal controls to effectively prevent, detect, correct and anticipate risk.
Demonstrates an operational excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Implements and supports key elements of an effective Health Care compliance program for an assigned region, market, or operational area.
Controls within scope may include governance, risk assessment, management action plans, data analysis, testing, monitoring, reporting, training, and policy.
Provides transactional reviews of transfers of value, performs reviews of copy material, and engages with business partners to provide guidance on Health Care Compliance-related topics in alignment with Health Care Compliance policies and procedures.
Understands and applies Company Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.
Provides administrative support to the assigned Health Care Compliance department.
