HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

SA - Western Cape, Cape Town - CBD HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER - URGENT

CAPE TOWN - CBD

R25 000 – R28 000 CTC PER MONTH

Minimum Requirements:

• National Health and Safety Diploma (SAMTRAC or NEBOSH)
• 3 years’ health and safety experience in an office environment
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
• In depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and related legislation
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Systematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detail
• Outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
• Willingness to go the extra mile, which include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
• Designing, implementing and managing effective health and safety protocols, and promoting these
• Overseeing and managing health and safety measures and ensuring that risks are addressed at senior management level, where appropriate
