Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Formulate and implement innovative people strategies that support business objectives.
Talent Management: Lead recruitment and development efforts to attract and nurture top-tier talent.
Organisational Efficiency: Assess and optimise organisational structures to enhance performance and reduce bottlenecks.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: 10+ years in Human Capital management, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Leadership Acumen: Proven track record in team development and mentoring.
Analytical Expertise: Proficient in leveraging HRIS systems for data-driven decision-making.
