Head Of Training - Leadership And Organizational Development

Our client is seeking a Head of Training - Leadership and Organisational Development to join their team, based in Johannesburg. Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential employees, implementing world-class leadership training, and ensuring a strong succession pipeline for key roles.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Organizational Development
• Leadership and Talent Development
• Human Resources (HR) or Industrial Psychology
• Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership or HR
• Education and Training (with a specialization in executive or corporate learning)

• Certified Executive Coach (ICF, EMCC, or similar)
• Leadership Development and Talent Management Certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development)
• Change Management Certification (PROSCI)
• Advanced Challenger Sales Model Training

Experience and Skills Required:

1. 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate training
2. At least 5 years in a senior leadership or training role within a large or mid-sized organization
3. Proven experience in building and executing leadership programs that resulted in measurable career growth
4. Experience in succession planning and high-potential talent identification
5. Track record of successfully integrating leadership training into performance management
6. Experience working in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or a high-growth corporate environment is a plus
7. Strong expertise in:

• Leadership and Executive Coaching
• Succession Planning and Talent Analytics
• Training and Development Program Design
• Stakeholder Management and Collaboration with Executives
• Change Management and Culture Building
