Head of Operations - TFG Jewellery

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Run 5 Brands (American Swiss, Sterns, Tempo, Galaxy&Co, XXX)
2. Ensure clear Brand differentiation between the brand identities
3. Contribute to the formulation of the company operational strategic objectives, and ensure successful execution thereof
4. Exercise exceptional entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to effectively drive sales and overall store- and divisional performance
5. Identify new business opportunities and support development of new, revamped and relocated stores in division
6. Demonstrate mature leadership skills including the ability to attract, hire, retain and engage the team
7. Develop a high performance team and culture, focusing on ownership, accountability and performance
8. Drive performance in line with company values
9. Drive the successful implementation of the customer journey philosophy
10. Foster and develop unwavering team commitment to exceed customer needs and expectations
11. Deliver targeted turnover- and profit growth
12. Develop and manage annual operational budget and projections
13. Consistent delivery of all agreed KPI’s including sales and profit growth, ROAM, new accounts, rewards, expenses-to-turnover ratio and shrinkage

Qualifications And Experience

1. Minimum 8 years working experience at a senior management level (leader of managers)
2. A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
3. Proven track record and ability to drive and successfully execute robust retail operations strategies
