Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for managing all key areas of the Human Resources function, including:

  1. Talent acquisition
  2. Employee training and development
  3. Performance evaluation
  4. Maintaining positive employee relations

Additionally, this role ensures compliance with employment regulations, oversees benefits administration, develops HR policies, and contributes to strategic planning initiatives. They are also accountable for office management, ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions. This includes overseeing:

  1. Office supplies
  2. Equipment maintenance
  3. Supervising administrative staff

They are instrumental in maintaining a productive, organized workplace and promoting a positive work atmosphere. Responsible for:

  1. Talent Acquisition
  2. Employee Relations
  3. Performance Management
  4. Training and Development
  5. Transformation

Required:

  1. 5 - 7 Years in an HR leadership role
  2. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
  3. Strong experience in B-BBEE
  4. Strong understanding of Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour legislation
  5. Experienced in all related Statutory Compliance
  6. End to end Payroll including commission earners
  7. Management of committee such as Health and Safety and EE
