Key responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, organisational development, talent management, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations.

• Min Bachelor's Honours degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial company
• Proven track record in employee engagement, organisational development, and change management
• Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
