We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Finance to lead our finance function and drive business growth.

About the Role

• Lead the finance function, developing processes to ensure successful execution of strategies.
• Provide value-added support to stakeholders, driving transformation of finance into a true business partner.
• Drive business change beyond a narrow finance lens, leveraging expertise to inform business direction.
• Manage the finance team according to high-performance culture principles and values.
• Liaise with external and internal audit, clearing identified issues through targeted interventions.
• Nurture relationships that accommodate agile ways of working, delivering strategic business results.

Key Requirements

• Post-Graduate Degree in Finance or related field.
• At least 10 years' experience in financial services, including heading up a finance team and delivering Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Management Accounting reporting experience, understanding of finance regulatory frameworks.
• Broad business environment knowledge, financial analysis techniques, and literacy in finance applications.
