Key Responsibilities:

• Cost & Efficiency Guru: Evaluate warehouse operations, payroll, and logistics costs to drive profitability.
• Financial Control Architect: Implement robust SOPs, financial structures, and risk frameworks.
• Daily Finance Leader: Oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance.
• Risk & Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
• Business Partner: Collaborate with operations to align financial strategy with business growth.

Qualifications:

• CA(SA) + 5-8 years post-articles experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Logistics
• Proven track record in cost optimization, financial controls, and risk management
• Strong leadership in daily finance operations and team management
