An opportunity is available for a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple countries in Southern Africa. Based in Johannesburg, this role reports directly into Europe and plays a key role in driving financial performance.

Key Requirements:

1. 3 + years’ experience in financial management at a senior level, overseeing multiple operations
2. Strong background in manufacturing environment
3. Proven leadership and people management skills
4. Experience with financial ERP systems and high-budget businesses
5. Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives
2. Collaborate with Operational & Commercial Directors
3. Manage capex, investments, and financing models
