Head of Facilities Management/COO – Reference SMHFM

A super opportunity has arisen in Angola for a Head of Facilities Management/COO for a modern Medical Facility in Luanda, Angola. Portuguese or Spanish advantageous.

NOTE: This position requires a minimum of 5 years in a hospital or clinic – this is non-negotiable.

Main job function:

• Maintenance
• Transport
• Cleaning/laundry services
• Staff accommodation
• Contracts management
• Performance management of services
• Various ad hoc projects
• Alterations/additions to facilities
• Upgrades

Qualifications:

Relevant degree with at least 10 years experience, most recent being in a medical facility.

Experience/Criteria:

Portuguese language advantageous, but not essential.
