Head of Collections

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Head of Collections to lead our team and drive our company’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the collections and repossession teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of monthly targets.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies and tools to optimize collections and minimize overdue accounts.
3. Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and provide training to foster a high-performance culture within the team.
4. Conduct regular reviews of overdue accounts, prioritize collection efforts, and present progress reports to senior management.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Operations and Legal, to resolve issues and ensure a seamless collections process.
6. Coordinate with external parties, including law enforcement or third-party agencies, when necessary to recover assets or resolve disputes.
7. Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and industry standards related to collections.
8. Effectively manage the team in a remote work environment, maintaining productivity and accountability.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in B2C collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
3. Familiarity with relevant US laws, regulations, and best practices in collections.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and relevant collection software.

40-hours per week (full-time)
