Head - Investment Operations

Outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Head of Investment Operations to join a high-profile asset management investment company with operations in SA and Europe.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the company in South Africa and Europe. Work closely with other members of the global investment, operations, sales, software development, and support teams. Oversee the effective design, implementation, and monitoring of all business processes and their improvements leveraging technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company in South Africa and Europe.
• Work closely with global teams including investment, operations, sales, software development, and support.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Post Graduate Qualification essential.
• CA(SA) / CFA ideal.
• Report to the COO.
• Approx 5-10 years relevant working experience where managing staff has been part of your day-to-day.
• Manage a team of 6.
• Relevant Operations working experience within Asset Management / Investment Management / Financial Advisory is essential.
