Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of professional field guides and trackers.
• Conduct guided game drives, walking safaris, and immersive wildlife experiences.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences tailored to individual preferences.
• Oversee the maintenance and compliance of safari vehicles and equipment.
• Uphold high guiding standards, conservation practices, and FGASA compliance.

Lodge Anchor Responsibilities

• Support lodge management in daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with hosting, guest relations, and activity coordination.
• Oversee front-of-house responsibilities, including check-ins and guest engagement.
• Work closely with all departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reservations, and reporting.

Requirements

• Professional Certifications: Valid First Aid, PDP License, ARH, DEAT/THETA registered.
• Lodge Anchor: Strong background in luxury hospitality, front-of-house operations, and guest relations.
• Minimum three to five years of experience in a luxury lodge setting.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
