About the Role

As the Head of Talent Research, you will shape, implement, and lead our enterprise-wide executive search and market intelligence practice. Your mission will be to drive business transformation through market research, competitive intelligence, and best-in-class search and sourcing methods. You will design and operationalise a scalable approach to in-house executive search, ensuring we attract the talent we need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement an executive search function that services all business units and geographies within the group.
  2. Partner closely with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to align on insights and business requirements.
  3. Develop and manage an ecosystem of expert partners.
  4. Optimise sourcing channels.
  5. Create a knowledge management framework.
  6. Provide strategic direction and counsel to senior leadership, ensuring the quality and consistency of executive hiring practices.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a self-driven, agile, and highly talented individual with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation. You should have a B-Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Psychology) and 15+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in executive recruiting. You should possess expert knowledge of executive search market practices and wider HR disciplines, along with strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex environments.
