As the Head of Digital Engagement and Entrenchment, you will be responsible for defining the vision for digital engagement and building a culture of client-centric experimentation. By leveraging behavioral insights, advanced analytics, and a test-and-learn approach, you will craft and deliver meaningful, personalized experiences that delight clients and drive commercial growth.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Information Technology, Informatics, Digital Marketing

Experience Required

  1. 7-10 years experience in leveraging data and insights to design and deliver personalized client engagement solutions, with a proven ability to detect patterns, interpret behavioral trends, brainstorm innovative ideas, and make data-driven decisions to drive measurable impact for clients and businesses.
  2. 7-10 years experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, managing diverse skill sets and working styles to achieve strategic goals. Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, including hypothesis development, experiment design, testing, and scaling successful outcomes.
  3. 3+ years experience in managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, resilience, and client-centric innovation. Proven ability to effectively communicate a compelling vision, manage stakeholder relationships, and influence decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.
