The ideal candidate will come from a casual fine dining background, having led large teams in very busy operations.

You’ll be experienced in modern international cuisines with an impeccable eye for detail.

Proficient in back office & kitchen management.

Requirements:

1. SA national / or valid working permit
2. Keen mentor with a positive leadership style
3. Ability to engineer menus, costing & procurement
