Handyman Maintenance Assistant $20/hr

Job Description

Homeowners Association located in Hazelwood is looking for a quality part-time handyman assistant. A quality handyman assistant that is competent and professional.

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:00am-4:00pm.

Background and experience to include, but not be limited to, performing maintenance and light repairs for plumbing, roofing, painting, carpentry repairs, routine landscaping on the grounds (tree trimming, flower beds, junk removal). Routine cleaning of building hallways by sweeping, dusting, etc. Must be comfortable working outside and able to push, pull, lift a minimum of 50lbs as needed.

Seeking an individual whose character is of a professional manner, takes pride in producing good quality work, has a pleasant working attitude, and the ability to remain courteous while being firm with homeowners of our community specific to the responsibilities of the HOA.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
