Job Description
A construction supply company is looking for a skilled Half-Day Bookkeeper to join their fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and be comfortable handling multiple entities. While formal qualifications are not compulsory, experience with IQ Enterprise (advantageous) and Xero (preferable) will be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and reconciling monthly bank transactions for multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records. They will process and maintain inter-company loan transactions while also preparing and reviewing VAT calculations to ensure compliance. Additionally, the role involves regularly reviewing and updating financial accounts to maintain accuracy and completeness. Other general bookkeeping tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable and assisting with financial reporting.
