Introduction

To deliver exceptional customer service by providing a professional hairdressing service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hairstyling in the Hair Salon.
• Provide general assistance in the Hair Salon, i.e., cleaning & shampooing.
• Offer customers additional product offerings.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight features and benefits of products available.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with audit requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc administration and payments.
• Show passion for brand and customer.
• Drive quality by setting high standards for quality and customer service.
• Be a team player and work well with others to meet team goals.
• Exhibit personal effectiveness by remaining calm, objective, and self-controlled under pressure.
• Show flexibility.
• Meet the minimum educational requirement of Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level.
• Have proven extensive Hair Salon experience with modern techniques.
• Be skilled in blow-drying of all types of hair.
• Be skilled in foil highlights, colour techniques, relaxers, and cutting.
• Possess knowledge of hair salon products.
• Have basic computer literacy skills.
