Guest House Assistant Manager

A wonderful opportunity to work in our 5 star Guest House as Assistant Manager for the season, with the option to extend at the end of the season.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with experience running all aspects of a small Guest House (9 rooms).

Duties include:

1. Increasing turnover
2. Managing bookings (Nightsbridge, Booking.com)
3. Email correspondence
4. Guest liaison
5. Booking guest tours/restaurants
6. Ensuring high housekeeping standards throughout the Guest House
7. Overseeing breakfast preparation
8. Buying and keeping stock

Must live in Constantia or adjacent areas and be able to work every second weekend.
